 The Good News is ...

there is hope for our future!

A true hope for the ever increasing  number of global issues including the environment, the threat of nuclear war, increasing social and world health issues, disruptive world politics, & the ever increasing issues  of inequality around the whole world.

The return of the Lord Jesus Christ will be the only answer for the population on this earth, to administer the much needed global clean up and govern the world's population with perfect rulership.

This kingdom will be on the earth

Welcome to   'The Good News'   website.

Most of us believe we should live in a better world..... with better laws, with a self sustaining environment, and with better and fairer economic and social conditions for all people across the globe.

For most people however, the efforts of governments with their high sounding promises usually end in disappointment, even when they are genuinely pursued.  Too much just seems to get in the way.

But is it too idealistic to expect an honest, courageous and effective government that is able to deliver policies which would have universal benefits for all people and the environment?   No, it is not!

This, we are told in God's Word - the Bible, will happen.

In the Bible talks about people having faith, hope and love.  So, without a 'faith', what can we have faith in?  Without a 'hope', what can we have a hope in?  Without 'love',  we would be no different to the beasts of the field.

This chapter talks about  people being able to have these three things now - faith, hope and love.

There will be a time when the first two will no longer be required because they will be a reality - leaving  only 'love' to endure.

So far, everything God has said has gone to plan, so why would we not expect Him to complete the rest of His plan - and along with the offer He has given us.

The Kingdom of God - on Earth

It has been written that a future Kingdom of God, administered by His son Jesus will  be established  on earth at some time in the future.

This imminent event is so clearly promised to those who carefully read the Bible.

This government will achieve everything that human administrations have been incapable of achieving in the past (and present).

God's plan for the earth with us as part of it,  is the most important event we could ever look forward to.

This website is a vey brief outline of what we can put our 'faith and hope' in.  The 'love' which will endure is a love now for God and His promises to us, a love for His son Jesus and what he has done for us, and our love for others about us.

Do read on and remember, God's message is one of hope for the whole world and each one of us as individuals - for our faith, for our hope, and certainly for our future.

 Our mission ....

is to believe in God,  believe in His only son Jesus and try to follow his ways, constantly looking forward to his return,  and trying to be ready ourselves for this healing event on offer for the world.

God's Message

Listed below are some important points to know and

understand about God's message.

The Bible clearly states that:

1.  God is the Creator and sustainer of the universe.

2.  Jesus Christ is God's only son,  born mortal.

3.  The Bible is God’s Message to us,  completely inspired by Him and which clarifies His plan for the world.

4.  Jesus died and rose to his Father in heaven but is to physically return to the Earth.

5.  There are currently many people actively looking forward to Jesus' return.

6.  At Jesus' return, an offer will be made to all people who are willing to participate in a new world order and to accept him as king on this earth.

7.  This 'New World Order' will eventually establish global peace, true sustainability, and prosperity to all people.

NOTE: It is worth noting here that all seven points come directly from Bible verses - which makes them all part of that direct message from God to us.

So, where to start

The Bible is the only way  God communicates directly with us so reading it is essential for us to be able to understand what God wants us to know about Him, His plan, His son, His son's return, the kingdom age, and how we might become part of it.

Prayer is our way of communicating back to God, thanking Him for His blessings and asking for His help and guidance toward that end.

About us    We are part of a group of Bible students with total confidence that God's Word has answers to the many current global issues and are offering to share key Bible passages with any who wish to search to find answers.

Many scientists now agree and warn that the tipping point for this planet has been reached.   As Bible students, these worsening issues have not been unexpected.

We meet together with others as Christadelphians*.

We have no paid clergy or ministers and meet regularly to read and discuss this 'Message of Hope'.   This Hope Jesus taught to the whole world.

We firmly believe it is important that you find and understand God's message of hope yourself, directly from His Word.  Our offer is to help you find Truth that is in it.

What we believe

Check out these key teachings using

either a Bible or a search engine.

Suggestion here is to use NIV Bible quotations

(New International Version)  e.g. Genesis 1 v 1 NIV

1.   The Bible is God's Word - the only direct message from Him

(2 Timothy 3 vs 16-17,  Hebrews 1 v 1,  2 Peter 1 v 20-21).

2.   There is only one God - the Father -  the Holy Spirit being God's power

(John 17 v 3,  Job 34 v 14-15,   Deuteronomy 6 v 4).

3.   Jesus is God's only son,  and the son of a mortal mother - Mary.

Jesus was born mortal like us  (Matthew 16 vs 13-16,  Matthew 1 vs 18-21,  Hebrews 2 v 17).

4.   Jesus was tempted just like all people.  Unlike us, he was able to keep God’s laws perfectly  (Hebrews  2 v 18,  Hebrews 4 v 15,  1 John 3 v 4-5).

5.   People are mortal and have no existence after death

(Ecclesiastes 9 v 5-6,  Psalm 6 v 5,   Psalm 115 vs 16-17).

6.   By living a perfect life,  ending with his sacrificial death by crucifixion,

Jesus opened the way for salvation for us, through him

(1 Corinthians 15 vs 20-   23,   Hebrews 2 v 17,  Romans 5 vs 6-8).

7.   Belief is essential and baptism is a necessary statement and act of our true desire to be a follower of Jesus  (Mark 16 v 16,  Acts 8 v 12,  Galatians 3 vs 27-29).

8.   God raised Jesus from death and he is now at God's right hand. Jesus will one day return to the earth   (Acts 10 vs 39-41,  Romans 8 v 34,  Acts 1 v 11).

9.   When Jesus returns, he will raise his "sleeping" followers from death and grant immortality to all the faithful who have tried to live by God’s laws

(1 Corinthians 15 vs 20-23,  1 Thessalonians 4 vs 13-16,  Matthew 16 v 27).

10.   His followers will help him to rule in the Kingdom of God on Earth – bringing justice, righteousness and peace to the whole world

(Daniel 2 v 44,  Luke 22 vs 28-30,  Micah 4 vs 1-4).

It is felt the above 10 points are a good start to an understanding of God's Truth.

Additional verses or clarification of these verses is available on request.

Note: Any further clarification will be based on evidence found only from the Bible.
